The Baltimore & Ohio - Pleasant Valley Div. in HO by Cliff & Shirley Cheeseman was chartered in 1980 and is set in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia in colorful late autumn. The lyout features many award winning scratch-built and kit-bashed structures and operating signals. Throughout the layout there are highly detailed vehicles, people and many sound enhanced scenes. A new layout expansion is 9.5’ x 16’ double track helix. Lower level has 8 track Grand Central Station, upper level has U.S. Steel mill complex with 2 balast furnaces, supporting structures and a river barge unloading facility.
